Geisha's the variety that changed the game. Originally from Ethiopia, it showed up in Panama and rewrote what coffee could be: floral, fruited, electric. Now it grows scattered across Central America, expressing itself differently wherever it lands.
This one's from Finca El Socorro near Volcán Acatenango. Volcanic soil, steep slopes between 1600-1700 meters, the kind of terrain that puts something in the cup you can't replicate. Floral intensity shaped by altitude and minerality. Clean, bright, the Gesha character people chase filtered through Acatenango's particular terroir.
Limited to 130 bags this year. Glass jar because it deserves it. 10oz
